So today I didn't go to the beach with friends or anything because I had to go to an interview at The Cheesecake Factory at 3. So I got all ready and went down there...filled out an application. The manager read it over and said it sounded great so he gave me an assessment. It was 150 questions and took like an hour to finish. Then they graded it and came back to me...said everything sounded great and they wanted to interview me. So I waited around and then the manager interviewed me and told me I had to do another interview with a different manager and then an interview with the general manager. So the next manager came up to me and said the other guy said great things about me and they really liked me for the position (server) so I'm sitting there thinking i've got this and everyone was being really nice that was there and stuff. THEN...the guy was like, "you've never been a server before?" and i said no, but I worked at D'amico's as a cold prep and takeout and i worked with servers and all the shit that i did there and blah blah blah...and then he's like well due to our policy we can't hire anyone for the server position that has never served before. WHAT THE FUCK. They kept me there for over 2 fucking hours...you'd think someone would have said that right off the bat when they saw that no where on my resume did it say SERVER. I'm so pissed right now....i wasted my whole day in there.

I guess it's back to square one looking for jobs.

So AAA came this morning to fix my car...my battery was completely shot so he had to give me a new one. At least I have my car back now and I can drive to school.

AAA saves the world.

I have four papers to finish today...I finished one yesterday. In total, I have 4 papers due on Wednesday plus a big chemistry exam, and one paper due tomorrow, plus 2 quizzes.

Summer is in 2 weeks though, this week is my last week of school, and then the next is finals week.

There was a huge storm here and I was caught in the middle of it on campus...without an umbrella.
So here I am walking around in the terrential downpour without an umbrella, I'm soaking, and I'm covered in mud. Then I hear that there are tornado's and hail. So I'm thinking...yes of course there are because I'm stuck in the middle of it.
Then, I see my friend Emily and she gives me her umbrella. So, imagine me walking holding on to this umbrella with both hands for dear life because the wind is like over 50 mph and I'm flying through the air, and then a sudden gust of wind takes my umbrella. There I am...running through campus after the umbrella, through the rain and mud, tripping over shit, people are staring, and I finally got it.
So, I call Pedro and tell him that I'm covered in mud and I'm wet and cold and sick, and all he says to me is....

"What color shirt are you wearing".

hahaha...oh well...gotta love him.

I saw Guerilla Girls tonight at club downunder for free...it was sweet.

some of my week

so i went onto campus early on Tuesday to meet with my philosophy professor about a paper
-leave the meeting walk to my car and it's not there
-bitch at a guy in a towing car who tells me i parked in "sorority parking only zone"
FUCK THAT
I was stranded on campus...missed my lab b/c my goggles and books were in my car...didn't finish my lab report in time...got Denise (thank god she helped me) to come to my rescue and we finally went to get my car. I walked into my lab and my TA liked my French Kicks shirt and told me I could take an excused absence but he was going to take points off of my other work....FUCK THAT TOO

then...i had the most work of my life all due on wednesday....i didn't think i would make it through but i did just because i knew when i got home Pedro would be there.

Pedro Mike and I had a fun week. We went to a scene party on Friday....not enough people were dressed up though but it was still cool. Pedro of course got Drunk every night. haha. I love him though.

I left my backpack in mike's car and had to pay 52 dollars to get it shipped over night...it better get here tomorrow or i'll die

now i'm back to all my work...a week has passed since my dog's heartworm treatment...only 3 more weeks. :(

Denise and i bought some awesome new furniture for our place from wal mart....it looks SO NICE. I stare at it every day.

I'm getting an old sega genesis from ebay to play with

i still can't figure out where i want to work in Naples over the summer

I can't wait until school's out so I can semi relax. These last couple weeks are STRESSFULL as shit

Today is by far the most beautiful day ever. The weather is absolutely perfect.
I had fun on St. Patty's day, even though there wasn't any guinness because they gave the keg away...oh well, they just got a different beer instead.
PEDRO IS COMING ON WEDNESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can't wait....it's gonna be great.
he got to see snow before me though...i hate that.

i just got back from the against me show!
it was SWEET
i was right up front and ROCKED OUT... the people there were cool tonight anytime someone got knocked down they all helped everyone up.
after the show i talked to the guys from the band for a little while, they were really nice

I had such a great time in Naples over the weekend, it was very relaxing which was just what I needed. Except now it's back to reality and I'm stressed again. Last semester was so much better than this one. At least now I know what I want to do though, I think I'm going to go declare my major on thursday...exciting.
I can't wait for spring break...and I'm bringing my doggy with me, and everyone will get to see how amazing and perfect he is!

I got a new cell phone! it actually works!!! and i have more than like 5 minutes a month on it unlike my old one.
this weekend was fun...too short though. friday i drove in to sarasota and dropped denise off and saw my mom, then me ben and anthony went on to naples and i hung out with pedro (:D)and spent the night then left around 11 the next day and saw my mom and my grandmother. i left around 3 on sunday and finally got home around 9. i saw justin in g-ville though so that was cool and i loved seeing my mom and pedro.
I HAVE WAAAAY TOO MUCH WORK TO DO. i'm an idiot for taking 17 hours in one semester, i must be crazy.

i have 5 classes tomorrow so i've gotta go finish up all my work and my THREE papers that are all due on the same day.
